The Ethiopia Education and Skill for Employability Project (P177881) aims to improve employment outcomes of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system of Ethiopia with a focus on women and marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities. The project focuses on disability inclusion through targeting persons with disabilities in short-term skills training programs and supporting the collection of disability-disaggregated to strengthen disability inclusion in skills and labor market analysis. Project activities also include supporting the evaluation of skills development interventions to ensure inclusiveness of disadvantaged and marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities, with a focus on devising policies and interventions that improve their employment outcomes.
